研究方向


从事新型传感器与视觉检测方法研究,研究兴趣涉及机器人、数控机床、汽车电子、轨道交通、机场安全、生物医疗等领域。先后主持国家级、省部级和企业联合项目40余项,获得部级科技进步二等奖2项,三等奖4项,发表学术论文150余篇(其中SCI收录30余篇),申请国家发明专利40余项(其中授权18项)。

 

主要成就


一直从事新型传感器与光电测试领域的研究工作,取得了一系列国际领先的科研成果,得到国内外同行的认可。
(1)首创全新原理的“涡流栅”传感器:
在国际上首次提出基于横向电涡流效应的“涡流栅”绝对位移传感器新原理,突破了传统电涡流传感器的测量范围瓶颈问题,实现了超大量程范围绝对位移测量。基于这种新型传感器,研制成功国内第一款IP67防水型数显卡尺,这也是世界上第四种防水卡尺,年产值过亿,为民族品牌挣得一席之地,并助推合作企业桂林光路数测股份有限公司成功上市(这也成为我国数显量具领域唯一一家上市企业)。
(2)基于激光和视觉的高铁扣件高速探测方法与系统:
采用独特的“激光+视觉”方法,成功实现了400km/h高铁扣件的在轨探测,领先于国际上最高150km/h的记录。在863计划支持下,研制成功的高铁扣件探测系统已经应用于我国第一列高铁检测车上,顺利通过京沪高铁徐州段、京哈高铁长春段、京大高铁大连段的运行试验,满足了400km/h的高铁运行安全需求。目前该技术指标仍未世界第一。
(3)基于非线性光学矫正的高精度一体化激光位移传感器:
在国际上首次提出非线性光学矫正方法,成功应用于激光位移传感器。在上海市经信委的支持下研制成功一体化激光位移传感器,成为国内唯一一个具有自主知识产权的激光位移传感器。通过产学研合作开发,不久将批量生产面世,与国外品牌抗衡。
